GAME DAY STAFF:
The Cornell University Athletic Ticketing operation provides our guests with the highest quality fan experience in a safe, clean, comfortable and friendly environment. Our goal is to make every event a positive and friendly experience with the objective that our guests leave with lasting memories and a desire to return.
Athletic Ticketing Game Day staff will provide excellent customer service, have strong interpersonal skills, and be approachable, responsible, dependable and punctual.Game Day positions include:
- TICKET SELLER: working knowledge of computer and experience in handling money. Physical requirements include standing for 4-5 hours at a time, both indoors and outdoors.
- USHER/TICKET TAKER: assist guests at athletic events by: collecting/scanning admission ticket or passes from guests, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating facilities such as restrooms and concessions.
- PARKING ATTENDANT: responsible for taking payments for vehicles as they enter parking facility, verify guests with pre-purchased passed and directing guests toward paid parking alternatives.
